Friendship was founded in Bangladesh in 1998 by Runa Khan and Yves Marre. The organisation, based on fundamental humanistic values, supports the poorest and most marginalised communities living in the riverine areas of Bangladesh. Friendship’s work is based on compassion, local knowledge and experience, the use of modern technology and the adoption of innovative approaches.
Majany’s donation supported the victims of the floods in August 2017.
