Awa’s Children’s House is an associative nursery school based in Diofior (150 km south of Dakar), which takes in disadvantaged children aged 3 to 6 free of charge to provide them with a pre-school education. It allows them to benefit from a progressive awakening and learning of life by teaching them all the basic principles concerning hygiene, nutrition and a rigorous follow-up on health and assistance to families in order to provide for the cruel lack of means.
Majany has supported the construction of a well with a solar water pump and has contributed with donations to the organisation of excursions with the children.
